Hotel Assistant General Manager Job

Juba Based Hotel seeks to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to work as Assistant General Manager.


Key responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating functions of all the departments in the Hotel i.e F&B, Housekeeping, front office, e.t.c
Handling of staff issues.

Reporting to the General manager on daily operational issues.
Handling Guest queries and issues and playing Key PR role.

Key Qualifications:

Degree in Hotel Management or its equivalent.
Must have not less than 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Good knowledge of the Industry.
Proven leadership and ability to work well within a multicultural diversity.
Excellent Computer Skills
